Drive power potting adhesive AB installation steps are as follows:
Surface treatment: The surface of the adherend should be dry, clean, free of oil stains, rust, dust, and other impurities.
Mixing: Mix the two components according to the specified ratio, stir manually or mechanically, and use after stirring evenly.
Glue application: Use a brush or scraper to evenly apply glue to the inner cavity wall of the product to be potted. The general coating thickness is 1~3mm. For precision products with special requirements for potting, the glue thickness can be increased appropriately.
Potting: Inject the mixed glue into the inner cavity of the product to be potted, allowing it to naturally penetrate and fill until the entire cavity is filled.
Curing: Place the potted product at room temperature to solidify naturally. It usually takes 1 to 3 days to completely solidify. For products with special requirements, heating can be used to accelerate the curing process.
Inspection: Check the quality of the product after potting. If there are any bubbles, poor curing, etc.

Depending on the operation method, the mold opening methods include encapsulation mold, brush mold (slice mold, three-dimensional mold, flat mold), and pouring mold.
1. For gypsum cement products with a size less than 10CM, or those with precise and delicate textures, it is recommended to use liquid silicone with a low hardness of 10-15A for mold filling.
2. For gypsum cement products with a size of 10-30 cm, it is recommended to use 15-25 degree silica gel for operation.
3. For gypsum cement products with a size of 30-50 cm, which are simple and very thin, it is recommended to use 25-30 degree silica gel for mold filling.
4. For gypsum cement products with a size of more than 60 cm, regardless of whether the markings are fine or not, 35-40 degree silica gel is generally used for mold brushing operations.
