Features of condensation mold silicone
1. Condensation silica gel is divided into two parts: silica gel and curing agent. During operation, mix the two according to the weight ratio of silica gel and curing agent of 100:2 and stir evenly. The operating time is 30 minutes and the curing time is 2 hours, it can be demoulded after 8 hours and can be cured at room temperature without heating.
2. Condensation silicone is divided into two specifications: translucent and milky white: the mold made of translucent silicone is smoother, and the milky white mold can withstand high temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius.
3. The hardness of condensation silica gel is 10A/15A/20A/25A/30A/35A, 40A/45A is milky white high-hard silica gel, and 50A/55A is super-hard silica gel, which is specially used for mold turning of tin, lead and other low melting point metals.
4. The normal temperature viscosity of condensation silica gel is 20000-30000. Generally, the higher the hardness, the higher the viscosity. It can also be customized.
5. Condensation silica gel is also called organotin cured silica gel. During operation, a vulcanization reaction occurs through an organotin catalyst. The curing agent ratio is 2%-3%.
6. Condensation silica gel is a transparent liquid or milky white liquid. Pigments can also be added to make any color.
7. Condensation silica gel is not prone to poisoning reactions, and the molds made can be used to make products such as gypsum, paraffin, epoxy resin, unsaturated resin, polyurethane AB resin, cement concrete, etc.
